Suzanne Jewell left the corporate global TV business after burning out. Panic attacks and an unruptured aneurysm that she still lives with today were what put her "tush on a cush" to learn nervous system regulation, one of the benefits of mindful meditation. An entrepreneur at the age of 15 and now one again as The Mindful Entrepreneur after leaving the corporate world, Suzanne has freelanced about 50% of her working career. Brands like DirecTV, AOL Latin America, fashion design Diane Von Furstenberg, the 1st World Happiness Summit, and the City of Miami Beach have all called upon her brand storytelling expertise. Combining mindful entrepreneurship with strategic marketing and communications, Suzanne also trains at the corporate, academic, and non-profit levels with Babson College's Women Innovating Now Lab, Miami Dade College's Foundation and The Idea Center, Women in Cable and Telecommunications, Philanthropy Miami, Professional Grantwriters Association, and more.
Jewell is also the host of Mindful Mornings Miami, a one-hour talk show highlighting what it means to live, work, create and play in a mindful way. Her guests have included Deepak Chopra, NY Times bestselling author of Eat.Pray.Love, Elizabeth Gilbert, neuroscientist Dr. Amishi Jha of the UMindfulness Jha lab, former presidential candidate Marianne Williamson and hometown motivational speaker Les Brown.
Suzanne is a certified HeartMath Coach, Mindfulness Trainer, Life Coach, and business coach, she earned her degree from Aquinas College in Michigan while also studying at the Facultad de Letras in Sevilla, Spain.
